As the Mayor of Boston I would push Boston to be the example of innovation, emerging technologies and fresh ideas.
Boston Public Schools must have vetted, tactically trained armed school guards. Boston can not be a city where school murders ever get a chance to happen.
We would not replace Boston School Police. The armed guards are strictly for school defense. No student discipline or any roles other than protection for students. Number of guards per each school is decided by security experts. Boston, we need this discussion.
Boston must be proactive in the protection of our most precious assets. We must not be the parents and loved one standing at the grave sites of Slaughtered students asking why!!
