No Block Endorsements

As a candidate, I will not seek out or accept block union endorsements. I ask union members to look at how my policies will strengthen their lives and their loved ones' lives. Provide for a safer, healthier, and more productive future for all Bostonians.

Unions have done well. By endorsing one party blanketly, the union dismisses their power and negotiation plans when the other party is in power. Unions should support the candidate best prepared to fight for union workers.

I view it the same as black Americans always voting Democrat. The other parties do not even bother with the black community because they know black Americans always go with Democrats.
