How I will pay for my proposals

How will I pay for my many proposals to create a stronger Boston?

The first step will be to search for grants to get these programs going. We will then look to the agencies that work with the populations we are looking to serve.

We will look for state and federal assistance to make these programs a reality.

Lowering Taxes

When it comes to lowering property and business taxes, I will look to charge colleges a yearly fee for being in the city of Boston.

We would take a portion of those fees on a biannual basis. Use those payments toward lowering property and business taxes.

Boston Schools Health Vans

The city would look to our amazing sports teams to sponsor the vans to provide preventive and routine care for Boston Public School students.

Boston has the best teaching hospitals in the nation. A great way for dental and medical students to learn would be to work with the very diverse groups and cultures in Boston's school system.

Boston's Technology and Education Centers

To create these centers, we will look to unions, grants, and donations to build the education centers.

School Armed Guards

My goal is to present this proposal as a federal pilot program in the city of Boston. To be paid for by the federal government.

This program will be a pilot for the entire nation.

The goal is to show that we can strengthen all of our lives without burdening taxpayers. With grants and donations, we can do amazing things for our city.
