American Women’s Health
Updated: Mar 29
American women and their health needs are not given the urgency and correct care that is needed to keep American women alive and healthy.
Many of the conditions women face in American health care can be slowed and then fixed by studying the chemicals in America's food supply.
Teaching doctors the proper questions to ask women when they present with symptoms in hospitals and emergency rooms.
Cost, is another reason women are only getting sicker because too many cannot afford health visits.
My administration will issue a report on.
1 The chemicals in America's food supply.
2. Three free complete medical exams per year.
3. A massive campaign discussing Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer. This would include hospitals, community clinics and outreach vans to reach the homeless and rural communities.
4. An increase in food assistance to $350, every two weeks. Good assistance will be given on a needs basis and no longer on an income basis.
5. Daycare vouchers till the first grade so women may have time for exercise, medical visits and to focus on their needs.
6. Develop a teaching for doctors to know the appropriate questions to ask women who present for care in mild or high distress.
The following conditions are killing women on an unacceptable level.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural part of the body’s defense system. In fact, normal anxiety can be helpful as it works to alert your body of a threat. In this state, an individual’s feelings can often range from a vague sensation of worry to physical sensations such as a racing heartbeat. However, when an individual has an anxiety disorder, this response can happen at inappropriate times when there is no apparent threat.
Cervical Cancer
Cervical cancer is the occurrence of abnormal growth of the cells of the cervix, the lower end of the uterus that connects the uterus to the vagina. This type of cancer cell growth typically starts in the outer layer called the squamous cells.
Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian cancer starts in the ovaries, walnut-sized organs located on both sides of the uterus. Cancer can affect any of the complex cells within the ovaries and since only women have ovaries, this type of cancer can only be found in women.
Depression
Depression effects the whole body. This involves one’s body, mood and mind. With this said, depression is more than feeling blue or unhappy and it is not a sign of personal weakness. It is important to recognize that depression is in fact an illness
and just like any other illness, depression often requires treatment.
Senior women support and care
Senior women helped built this nation!
On their older age they deserve comfort, security and a good life? This proposal is meant to bring a peace of mind to America's seniors.
Between 2009 and 2019, the number of Americans age 45-64 (who will reach age 65 over the next two decades) increased by 4% from 80.3 million to 83.3 million.
The number of Americans age 60 and older increased by 34% from 55.7 million to 74.6 million. In 2019, 30 million women and 24.1 million men were age 65 and older.
Older women, particularly widows, unmarried, childless, and disabled women, face heightened prejudice that leaves them vulnerable to gender-based violence, dispossession of property, extreme social ostracization, and elder abuse.
While the poverty rate for all women age 65 and older is 10.6%[ii] (or just over 1 in 10), the poverty rate for single women living alone is almost twice as high at 19%[iii]. Older persons living alone are much more likely to be poor (15%) than older persons living with families (6%)[iv].
Unfortunately, elder abuse happens to frequently. Please notice these signs and help elder get safety and security.
Seems depressed, confused, or withdrawn.
Isolated from friends and family.
Has unexplained bruises, burns, or scars.
Appears dirty, underfed, dehydrated, over-or undermedicated, or not receiving needed care for medical problems.
Has bed sores or other preventable conditions.
These are what senior women face when they reach older ages.
The plans listed above and in my poverty proposal are certainly for America's Senior Women.
Seniors once they reach the age of 62 should not pay any medical bills. Seniors should not have to pay for any prescriptions.
This plan includes experimental medication and experimental procedures.
Seniors will receive $800 in food assistance. $400 every two weeks. They will have the option of receiving healthy nutrition drinks 2 cases per month.
Seniors will also at their choosing receive all the benefits of my poverty and homelessness proposals. They will benefit from any other helpful proposals to ease their older age.
Reproductive Health
According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, infertility is typically defined as the inability to achieve pregnancy after one year of unprotected intercourse.
Women with a known history of irregular periods, are above the age of 35 years old, or have a known cause of infertility should seek management sooner or after 6 months of attempting pregnancy.
Women deserve the very best in health care. The current system is failing American women on the largest scale.
My administration will fight to prove the health and lives of American women
